1. The Boy Scouts of America today voted to lift its ban on openly gay scouts. The ban on gay adult scout masters, however, remains in place.
2. Elliot Morales, the man accused to murdering Mark Carson, was indicted today. His lawyer is trying to claim Morales shot Carson in the face because he was abused as a child.
3. Any legislative movement on ENDA, the law that would ban employment discrimination against LGBT people, is being put off until after the Supreme Court rules on DOMA.
4. A court in Ukraine banned what would have been the European nation's first gay pride event.
5. The Nevada Assembly today approved a measure that will repeal that state's ban on marriage equality. The State Senate approved it in April, but the next vote on the matter won't come until 2015...
6. President Obama was heckled today while discussing his plans to pull back on drone strikes and potential plans to finally close the detention center at Guantanamo Bay.
