Elton John's Husband Trashes Madonna On Facebook

It seems everyone nowadays uses Facebook to air their grievances and dirty laundry, even esteemed and influential celebrities such as Elton John's husband David Furnish.

Furnish took to the social networking site to express his disapproval of Madonna's win during Sunday night's Golden Globes.

TMZ reports Furnish lashed out on his Facebook page during the ceremony describing Madge's acceptance speech as "embarrassing in its narcissism."

Elton didn't seem too thrilled with Madonna's win either, as he sat relatively unamused during her acceptance speech. In a dispute that every gossip columnist dreams of, Furnish continued, saying, "Madonna winning Best Original Song truly shows how these awards have nothing to do with merit. And her criticism of Gaga shows how desperate she really is."
