SLIDESHOW: In Honor of 'Tintin,' Out's Favorite Redheads

A look at the fiery fellows who set our hearts aflame.

Steven Spielberg's The Adventures of Tintin hits theaters today. The story is based on the classic Belgian comic books by Herge, which follows the adventures of a globetrotting, redheaded reporter and adventurer named Tintin and his canine sidekick Snowy.

Spielberg's animated film is based on three early Tintin books--The Crab with the Golden Claws, The Secret of the Unicorn, and Red Rackham's Treasure--and follows our ginger hero on a quest for lost treasure. And while we're all about an animated adventure opus, especially one by Mr. Jaws, the main thing Tintin has got us thinking about is redheads.

Sure, they get a lot of guff, but there's something about them that can just drive us wild. So, in honor of Tintin, here are Out's favorite redheads.
