Oops, is she going to do it again?

Rumors are flying that Britney Spears is about to get engaged to her former agent Jason Trawick.

According to TMZ, Trawick is planning on proposing to Spears tonight in Las Vegas. His beloved apparently already knows that the big question is coming--it would be hard for her not to considering the red tape involved with asking the once-troubled singer for her hand.

Due to her reckless past behavior, the approval of not only conservators but also a judge is required for Spears to tie the knot. Considering how well behaved she's been lately, sources tell the website it shouldn't be a problem--and Trawick has supposedly already gotten the most telling approval of all: her dad's.

If all goes according to plan, this will be Spears' third marriage.
