Bon Iver's Justin Vernon Gets Shirtless And Sweaty On Camera

It's not the sort of shirtless icon that we expected to see today, but we'll take it.

Justin Vernon, who you probably know better as That Dude From Bon Iver, appeared in a video that we saw over at Pitchfork today, but it wasn't of the musical variety.

No, this video was more of an advertisement for Vernon's personal trainer Jeff Rogers--they met, adorably, at the YMCA--and features the beloved musician in a variety of athletic situations, including a basketball game and some sort of shirtless outdoor weightlifting session.

There's also a whole scene that shows Vernon's band using extra space at venues to work out before shows, which is kind of odd but ultimately endearing.

Still, our favorite part is when Rogers himself explains how he picked up, er, met Vernon for the first time.

"I told him if he ever wanted to come upstairs, I could show him some workouts," Rogers remembers.
