"Silent Nights" is a stunning, haunting Christmas ditty
Scott Matthew's new album, Gallantry's Favorite Son, won't hit record store shelves until March, but a new holiday song by the Australian native, who you might remember from Shortbus, popped up online today and it couldn't be a better fit for our rainy humpday kind of mood.
Matthew's Bowie-style vocals are beautiful as always, but in the case of "Silent Nights"--a holiday track, natch--he's joined by Sia, which gives the track an even more haunting depth.
