Seeing as this weekend isn't a holiday for those Brits (in fact it's only a holiday weekend for us to laugh in their faces for winning our freedom from their tax-loving ways) so Kate Moss decided to get hitched to her longtime boyfriend Jamie Hince. While Hince wore a powder blue Yves Saint Laurent suit, Moss wore a dress, allegedly inspired Zelda Fitzgerald, designed by none other than (duh-duh-duh) John Galliano and squeezed her tootsies into some custom-made Manolos. But save your gasps and oh my's for something way more shocking: girlfriend's dress was white. Um, yeah, like "I'm a virgin, Mr. Hince, despite the fact that my daughter is our bridesmaid" white. From the way that tarty Kate has been passed around by actors and musicians she should have either worn black or her birthday suit. It's not like she'd be showing us anything we hadn't seen before. But don't let our cynical bitchery ruin the sense of occasion. Cheers Kate! May this marriage last till Monday!
Kate and Galliano have been friends since way back in the day, so Jew-hater or not, she was going to wear one of his designs. She will, however, wear Stella McCartney to the reception. Even though I want to hate on her, Cathy Horyn liked it, so I will agree with Cathy, as per usual.
