How to Succeed in Fashion Without Really Trying: Not Without My Daughter

In the realm of fashion, for every bold-faced name that is dripping with glamour and surrounded by paparazzi (we're looking at you, Chloe S!) you can bet there are dozens of lesser-known, but just as fabulous, worker bees (who are supported by a coterie of assistants who barely make enough money to eat). One of these fabulous chosen few is Katherine Ross (no, not thatKatherine Ross). The former vice-president of PR and communications at LVMH is now the US Brand Consultant at Balenciega and wife of Michael Govan, the director of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Basically her life is a dream from which you never awake. But the topping on the cake is her daughter Gabrielle, who, while adorable, is already quite the fashion monster (in a good way). W Magazine just posted that the budding fashionista dropped by the office (naturally before lunching with EIC Stefano Tonchi and mom at The Lamb's Club), raided the fashion closet and modeled for some pictures (she may be six, but she already knows how to smize, obviously). Oh, her dress? Custom Rodarte. Excuse us while we go and curse the heavens and beg to know why we weren't the first born daughter of Katherine Ross. Sigh.
