Zac Efron Vs. Daniela Sea: Battle for Genderqueer Style Dominance

Is it just me or is Zac Efron taking his style cues from Daniela Sea, who plays transgender guy Max on Showtime's lesbian version of Queer as Folk, The L Word?

Maybe Efron is old news now and I'm late to the party, but while catching up on the current season of show with Showtime On Demand, I was struck by how similar The L Word star and the High School Musical tween-hearthrob look--the peter pan style-hair, the sparkling baby blues, the nose, the pouty pink lips. The resemblance is uncanny!

I mean, Efron has always had some majorly feminine qualities but perhaps he's closer to coming out than we originally thought? Or he's just a huge fan of The L Word. What do you think?
