Christopher Meloni Joins This Week’s Pose

Spoilers ahead for last week's Pose.

Since the very beginning of Pose, Elektra Abundance has never once faltered in looking like a Park Avenue socialite, dripping in 1980s New York glamour. In this week's episode we'll finally meet the man responsible for her weekly allowance that keeps the jewels on her hands and her House living comfortably.

After stealing money from a Salvation Army Santa in last week's episode, Elektra went to the hospital to put a down payment on her gender confirmation surgery. Unfortunately for her, Christopher Meloni, the rich white man who keeps her looking lavish, isn't interested in changing any part of their arrangement. "You know how I feel about that," Meloni's character says in a semi-threateningly way, "the woman I have has always had something extra."

Angel also brings up the idea of a "sex change" operation with Stan (Evan Peters), having just entered a similar situation with him where he bought her an apartment after she promised she wouldn't sleep with other men. Watch, below.
