We look forward to the Trailblazer Honors every year--the event that honors those that are fighting for change in the world and the LGBTQ community. This year's honorees include Ryan Murphy, James Baldwin, the ACLU and social activists Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin. Bebe Rexha is also set to give a legendary performance.
