Winner winner chicken... dinner!
Crystal Methyd has officially made herstory as the first Mexican-American queen to win RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars. As the champion of season 11, the comedy queen slayed the competition with 4 maxi challenge wins, sickening runway lewks, and a million dollar smile that secured her placement in the Drag Race Hall of Fame.
At a time in history where LGBTQ+ content is being censored or silenced, Methyd wants queer fans all around the world to see themselves through her as she brings needed crucial representation to TV.
"Drag is supposed to be fun first and foremost! I hope that I'm inspiring everyone to everyone have fun and do something new. I feel really lucky in the fact that I didn't grow up around a lot of other Mexican kids. I felt like I wasn't Mexican enough. The Mexican community has always welcomed me with open arms," Methyd tells Out.
Although the season is freshly wrapped, the drama is still ongoing as the queens share their thoughts and emotions all over social media. This begs the question... would RuPaul ever host a reunion again for an All Stars season?
"I really loved this season and I love my cast. I wish we could do a reunion! 18 girls discussing ourselves? I do pretty well of keeping myself out of the drama, but I love hearing about it. I'll happily have my popcorn ready and listen to the girls bicker amongst themselves," Methyd tells Out.
Not only are Drag Race fans begging for a reunion, but they're also manifesting another All Winners season in the future. Many crowned queens have expressed their interest in returning to the Werk Room and Methyd hopes she receives that phone call in the future.
"Let's do it! Let's make it happen. I'm ready! If they called me, I'd have to say yes. There's no more waiting around for me. I want Jimbo there. I want Kylie Sonique Love. I want Alyssa Edwards. Nymphia Wind would be so fun. I'd love to do All Winners just because I know most of these people. I'm fans with them and friends with them. It'd be such a kiki!"
