TikTok sensation Jools Lebron, who went viral back in 2024 for the “very demure” trend, is in the limelight again after admitting that her overnight fame — and the money that came with it — led to a substance abuse issue that derailed her life.
When Lebron went viral for saying “very demure, very mindful,” she not only gained millions of fans, but also made enough money through TikTok, brand deals, and hosting events that the trans beauty influencer said she was able to fund her transition.
However, once the money and fame came flooding in, so did an old problem... substance abuse.
“Going viral ruined my life. Okay, it just led me to fall down a slope of insobriety that ruined my life,” Lebron said in a new series of videos she started posting yesterday about cleaning up her apartment and her life after struggling with addiction.

Lebron said that a cycle of “binging and not binging and getting sober and not getting sober” has been keeping her from her dream of becoming a streamer.
“I’m working on my sobriety, and part of that is kind of fixing everything that went wrong when I wasn’t sober,” she said as she starts to clean her “streaming room” for the camera.
In another video, Lebron admits that her life really started to fall apart because drinking led to her becoming “addicted to other shit.”
While she was dealing with her addiction, Lebron said she started buying things she didn’t actually need and her house became a mess that started to overwhelm her.
“I bought an $8000 supercomputer for streaming,” she admitted. “I never use it!” She also bought a collection of dolls and a Mortal Kombat II arcade console.
Lebron explained that her new plan is to start streaming daily so she can start bringing in brand deals again, and said that in reality, she’s getting sober for her cats.
“My cat is the reason I’m getting sober, to be honest with you," she said. "I just can’t foresee me taking care of eight cats, and bitch, please!”
