Is that you, Connor Storrie and Hudson Williams?
Fans of super-hot Canadian gay hockey romance Heated Rivalry were treated to a bevy of Shane Hollanders and Ilya Rozanovs at a Heated Rivalry look-alike contest recently held in New York City.
Bustle has shared a video from Gracie Farquhar showing two men dressed in hockey jerseys who look a lot like the characters played by Williams and Storrie in the Crave/HBO Max show; they were handed large $50 checks for winning the contest.
The two men hold hands as they smile, lift their checks in the air, and interact with fans, all while t.A.T.u.'s "All the Things She Said" plays.
Over a dozen people joined the contest in Mercer Playground in Greenwich Village on Sunday, according to the New York Post.
In the end, 25-year-old Ryan Heffernan won for resembling Shane, and 28-year-old Tyler Gaul won for resembling Ilya. Both men told the Post that they had been previously stopped by strangers who said they looked like the actors.
"Random people were taking pictures of me," Heffernan said. "I was very confident. I came here alone because I knew I was going to win."
Gaul said he finds the show "provocative," and added, "but that's great."
"I was just impressed that a show kind of that provocative and intense is getting as popular as it is," he said. "It's great to have the representation and just being able to see, like love and sex portrayed on TV that's not normally shown."
These celebrity and character look-alike contests have become increasingly popular in recent years. In 2025, a Brooklyn dad was crowned the winner of a Pedro Pascal look-alike contest.
Congrats to the winning lookalikes!
