Lady Gaga Is Ready to Start Having Children

Lady Gaga on a red carpet

The star reveals the tidbit in her new InStyle magazine cover story.

Lady Gaga is preparing to birth an album. Though she had to postpone Chromatica, it's still coming -- and the Chromatica Ball Tour that was scheduled to promote it is still on the books. While we wait for Mother Monster to fully push that child out into the world, in a new cover story she reveals, that she's also thinking about birthing a human child.

"I will say I am very excited to have kids," Gaga told InStyle magazine in a new cover story. "I look forward to being a mom. Isn't it incredible what we can do? We can hold a human inside and grow it. Then it comes out, and it's our job to keep it alive. It's so funny -- everyone works out of my house every day. When they come in, I always say, 'Welcome to the Womb!'" The interview stops short of who these children would be had with -- if anyone.

Cue all of the "I'm baby" comments under the performer's Instagram posts moving forward.

The Star is Born lead did say she's still looking forward to walking down the aisle though. When asked what she still wants out of life having had almost everything, she responded "Marriage."

"More music, more movies, more charity with the Born This Way Foundation [a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth and supporting mental health and wellness]," she said. "I want to do way more philanthropy. I want to help fund more research about fibromyalgia and neuropathic and chronic pain by putting a team of doctors together. I have a lot of dreams and hopes. What I will actually accomplish, I have no idea, but I know that I'll be doing it with the people I love."

And we'll be right here rooting her along.
