Orlando Bloom Says His Junk Isn’t As Big As You Think

Orlando Bloom wants you to know he isn't as well-endowed as you may have thought.

In 2016, theLord of the Rings actor put on a show while paddleboarding naked in Sardinia with fiancee Katy Perry. The photos went viral partly because fans were impressed by the size of his package.

In a Thursday interview on The Howard Stern Show, Bloom set the record straight, saying that he had "no idea" there were paparazzi around take the photos. "That was a few years ago," Bloom said, according to The Sun, adding: "It is really not that big. Things are expanded on cameras with a big optical lens. It is an optical illusion."

That didn't stop the radio host from complimenting Bloom on his below-the-belt assets.

"If I had a penis as nice as yours -- and by the way I was mad at you for having such a nice penis because I was like this f***ing guy is good looking, he should have a small penis -- I would be out paddleboarding any time," Stern said.

Bloom said he wasn't too impressed when he initially discovered the photos were being spread around, and he told Stern he only found out they had been leaked when his publicist called him.

"That is not the worst of it," his publicist told Bloom. "First of all, there were pictures with a block over it."'

Bloom said he joked in response: "Have you got a black box big enough to cover it?"

Looking back on the incident, the actor -- who is currently appearing in Amazon's Carnival Row -- said it made him realize a sad truth that far too many celebrities are unfortunately faced with: that he no longer had any form of privacy in the public eye.

"I have a good radar," he told Elle U.K. of the photo leak in a 2017 interview. "I wouldn't have put myself in that position if I'd thought it would happen. I've been photographed a million times in a million different ways. We'd been completely alone for five days -- nothing around us. There was no way anyone could get anything. I had a moment of feeling free."
