"On and offline fashion community of creatives", VFiles (also a trove of vintage gay zines) has launched a special collection for Pride. A highlight is the T-shirt made in collaboration with Been Trill, an art collective and DJ crew made up of founding members, Heron Preston, Matthew Williams, and Virgil Abloh. The group has worked on creative direction for artists such as Lady Gaga and Kanye West.
The limited-edition tee features a gay pride flag with Been Trill's signature hashtags in the front, and the brand's logo on the back. And it's made for a good cause: A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Harvey Milk High School, in New York. The collection calls for more awareness of diversity, tolerance, and consciousness toward and within the LGBTQ community.
