All of the Big Little Lies Husbands Have Been Confirmed For Season 2

Do not fret, for we have more Big Little Lies casting news: All of the husbands are confirmed to be returning for season 2. That means Adam Scott, James Tupper, and Jeffrey Nordling will reprise their respective roles as Ed Mackenzie, Nathan Carlson, and Gordon Klein.

The five women of the show have all also been confirmed to return: Reese Witherspoon, Nicole Kidman, Shailene Woodley, Laura Dern, and Zoe Kravitz. And today it's also been confirmed that Iain Armitage will return as the sweet angel Ziggy Chapman.

Of course, this is all fun and games, but we know what the real major casting news is: Meryl Streep in the role of Perry's mother, Mary Louise Wright. David E. Kelley will write the script again based off of a story by the original Big Little Lies novelist Liane Moriarty. American Honey's Andrea Arnold is slated to direct all seven episodes.
