"It’s supposed to look like the lesbian flag as part of my coming out to tell you guys that I’m gay," the young woman says in the now viral video.

A young woman's coming out TikTok has gone viral after viewers flocked to her parent's loving and warm reaction to the news!

In a TikTok posted on Sunday, Sabrina Bailey (who goes by Sab) came out to her parents by making a Pride-themed cake and showing it to them. The video opens with a picture of the cake, covered in rainbows, and the writing, "I made a Pride cake to come out to my parents." Her parents are fairly nonplussed by the cake at first, with her mom saying, "It's like a multicolored cake!"

Then Sab says, "Yeah, it's supposed to look like the lesbian flag as part of my coming out to tell you guys that I'm gay."

Immediately, Sab's parents shower her with love. "Awesome, good job honey! Congratulations," her mother says as she kisses and hugs her. "Oh honey, we love you!"

While Sab cries, both parents tell her how much they love her. Sab's mom even ramps up the cuteness factor when she comes back in the frame and says excitedly, "Guess what? I love the babies that have two moms! That's the best ever!"

The TikTok already has over 5.5 million views and nearly 2 million likes at the time of writing, and users have been dueting with the video praising the parents and Sab, saying her mom "needs to be protected at all costs" and that the video made them cry.

Since then, Sab has posted a few follow-up videos, including one explaining why her mom laughed in the original video when she says the cake represents the lesbian flag. She said that some people thought her mom was being mean, but really, the cake just looks nothing like the lesbian flag. "I just messed up the colors so bad, it's not recognizable as the lesbian flag," she laughs in the video.

This is what we love to see in a coming out. Hopefully, it will lead to even more loving and supportive coming outs like this. What a great Pride gift!
