The midterms are inching closer, and it's more important than ever for people to vote. Whether it's because Taylor Swift told you to or just because you're fed up with literally everything going on in this country, it's time to make your vote heard.
And Sing Out, Louise! knows that more than anyone. The LGBTQ singing collective is comprised of members of Gays Against Guns, the Women's March, Rise and Resist, and Moms Demand Action. They sing and rap about progressive politics.
Their latest track, "Vote!" is a parody of Madonna's "Vogue." The black and white video pays homage to the iconic Madonna title.
"Warren, Booker, Carmen Cruz, Beto's turning Texas blue. Bernie, Hill? Who's your fave? Get to work and ride the wave. John Lewis, MLK, Rosa Parks, you showed the way.
Mandela, Ghandi ji--dreamed a world and it came to be."
