Betty Who Calls On Her Ex-Lovers in ‘Human Touch’ Video

Betty Who Calls On Her Ex-Lovers in ‘Human Touch’ Video

Betty Who

And that wig!

It's always hard to get completely over someone you've been intimate with. That person now knows you and your body like very few others will for the rest of your life. So it makes sense that when you long for companionship, even if just for the night, your mind wanders to someone you've already shared moments with.

In Betty Who's new video for "Human Touch," the Australian singer/songwriter does just that, commiserating with a previous flame (or three) about the nights they spent together, trying to convince them to do it again.

"Good love is so hard to find
We got it right for a while
Do you get lonely at night?
We don't have to go higher, we don't have to go
I call you every now and then
So good, that on and off again"

The repeated line in the chorus, "we don't have to call it love, we just need a human touch," aptly summarizes the mood of the song: It's not always about the long term when it comes to intimacy and relationships, but people need meaningful, emotional interactions with one another from time to time. And if any of your "meaningful, emotional interactions" look like Betty's dancers in the video, you're in good shape. Watch, below.
