"I don’t seem calm, but this is really calm for me."

Miley Cyrus returned to her "calm" country roots this week to perform on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. Decked out in a studded, revere collared blazer and neckerchief to match, she belted her newest single, "Malibu," while her denim-clad backup singers harmonized with her angelic voice.

Next, Cyrus traded her look for a bell sleeved tiered gown to perform her Pride ballad, "Inspired." Swaying gently on stage, Cyrus sang the empowering lyrics, "We are meant for more, pull the handle on the door that opens up to change."

When the "We Can't Stop" singer moved to Fallon's guest seat, she confessed she decided to quit smoking weed, so she can feel clear headed creating and explaining her music. Cyrus also addressed her Bangerz days, saying she's since matured. "I don't seem calm, but this is really calm for me," she said. Watch, below.
