Is Reese Witherspoon Making a Third Legally Blonde Movie?

Woods 2020.

Time for the first female president? "What, like it's hard?" Are we ready for President Woods comma Elle? Well, Reese Witherspoon says it may be time for us to finally get a third Legally Blonde movie.

"We've thought about it," Reese Witherspoon told Eat the Elle Women in Television Dinner. "I need somebody really clever to come up with a great idea and we'll do it."

Ever since that last scene in Legally Blonde 2: Red White and Blonde, where Elle looks up at the White House, we've been hungry to see a blonde in office. We didn't imagine Donald Trump would be that blonde, so we're ready to see Ms. Woods take her rightful spot in the Oval Office.

Reese continued, talking about how important it is for women, right now, to see light at the end of the tunnel: "I do think it's a good time to do it," she said. "I think women need that kind of positivity right now."

With the Trump administration she had some choice words: "It's a great privilege to be a woman in America We have many rights and freedoms that a lot of women don't have all over the world. I try to celebrate that. I try to live that to its utmost, particularly the freedom of speech, being able to express myself--to show how important women are in our world. That's what I try to focus on."

Hillary unfortunately wasn't our girl, but unlike Trump, at least Elle went to Harvard and has previous experience working in Congress. There's no set date on production starting, but we like the sounds of "Woods 2020"--imagine the inaugural outfit.
