Filipino transgender model Sabel Gonzales stars in the first video of I AM Vodka's #thepriceofbeingme campaign, which dropped Wednesday.

In the video, Gonzales explains the "price" she paid to become herself, including $12,000 and nine operations. "Normal to me is to live and be who you are and what you are," Gonzales explains.

Gonzales now lives in Los Angeles. She is a part of SLAY Model Management, the first transgender-only modeling agency in the world.

I AM Vodka, a Danish brand of premium vodka, presents the campaign as, "a campaign dedicated to you, to peace and to a love that does not care about your religion, gender or nationality."
