It turns out when you have a ass injury these days, there's a magic butt spray that will immediately ice it. Sure it's a pseudo-sexual scene (at least we think so), but obviously Charleroi's Francisco Javier Martos is in serious pain. Luckily medical experts were there to help -- and give us endless pleasure.
