Recently, the professional soccer player, who plays midfield for Minnesota United, made an appearance The Late Late Show with James Corden to find a date. In the segment, Martin plays a game inspired by Tinder where he puts on a foam finger and pantomimes swiping left or right on half a dozen dudes who stand before him onstage. If he swipes right, the potential suitor goes and sits in a chair. If he swipes left, said suitor must jump in a ball pit to drown his shame. If you love watching men decide if someone is attractive or not in real time with zero hesitation for that person's feelings, you'll love this part.

After a few minutes of swiping, Martin is left with three potential suitors who introduce themselves thusly: Conor the video editor slash musician, Trevor the professional dancer, and Mike the writer.
