Trump's press secretary defended the videos even though she acknowledged that they may not be real.

Trump's twitter is making headlines once again--the President today retweeted 3 anti-Muslin videos that depict supposedly Islamic men in a violent light. The videos were originally shared on Twitter by Jayda Fransen, the deputy leader of the United Kingdom's far-right ultranaturalist political party "Britain First." Fransen last year was found guilty of religiously aggravated harassment of a Muslim woman. British Prime Minister Theresa May's office has publically condemned Trump's retweets.

The first video is captioned "Muslim migrant beats up Dutch boy on crutches," and shows one man kicking another to the ground. Aside from the caption, nothing seems to indicate the assailant is of Islamic faith. The second video shows a man with a beard destroying a statue of the Virgin Mary. The third video shows a group of men attacking another group, until a man falls from a ledge. Here they are:

Fransen was found guilty of aggravated harassment after verbally attacking a Muslim woman during a "Christian Patrol" in 2016. Fransen admitted to telling the woman, in front of her four children, that Muslim men "cannot control their sexual urges" and "that's why they are coming into my country raping women across the continent," The Independentreports. She continued to explain that that's why Muslim women must wear hijabs.

"It is wrong for the president to have done this," said a spokesperson from the office of Theresa May, adding that Britain First is a group that spins "hate-filled narratives to peddle lies and stoke tensions."

Defending the retweets today, White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said "I think his goal is to promote strong borders and strong national security," and added, according to CNN, that "Whether it is a real video, the threat is real. That is what the President is talking about, that is what the President is focused on, is dealing with those real threats, and those are real no matter how you look at it."
