Put away your cereal boxes and the flimsy viewing glasses that reminded you of your Spy Kids 3D days. The long-awaited solar eclipse has ended and you've posted your photo on Instagram amidst the hundreds of identical photos of a crescent of sunlight. All of that was just a prelude to the real, history-making moment in time: Bonnie Tyler's performance of her hit song "Total Eclipse of the Heart" on a cruise ship with Joe Jonas' band DNCE.

As you could've imagined, the performance was legendary. The singer was on the ship as part of a week-long "total eclipse" cruise that's sailing through the Caribbean that culminated in today's performance of the 1983 hit. If guests were expecting her to perform the full, 7-minute song, though, they left the deck seasick and disappointed--she cut it down to 2:40 to reflect the length of the total eclipse.
Watch the performance below and then listen to the song alongside millions of other people who had the same idea--"Total Eclipse of the Heart" is now at #1 in the iTunes charts and streams of the song increased 800% this week on Amazon.
