The 10x8 inch felt hat, which Beyonce directly donated and signed, is a must-have for any die-hard member of the Beyhive, and you can get in on the auction here. As of press time, the current bid is $3,000.

The Lung Transplant Project seeks to "raise money for the research that will decrease the time spent on lung transplant waiting lists and increase long-term survival rates," according to their site.
