The veteran rocker discusses his son's dress up routine and his unwavering acceptance.
In an interview with The Daily Mail, Rod Stewart, 71, spoke about his youngest son's affinity for women's clothing. Aiden is five years old and Stewart's youngest with wife Penny Lancaster. (FYI: The famed rocker has eight children with five women.) After describing the the talents of his children and mentioning his older sons' athletic talents, Stewart noted Aiden's tendency to raid his mother's closet for outfits. Unfazed by the idea, Stewart said, "He's always dressing up like Mary Poppins. Hopefully he'll grow out of it.'
But if he never does, Stewart said this: "If he turns out to be a homosexual, that's okay with me. As long as he's happy."
Now that's the right attitude. After all, Stewart was once a fan of billowy tops and tight leather pants.
