Sony Pictures is developing a movie about Halsey's life, with the singer playing herself, Deadline reports.
The movie is hoping to be a similar sort of project for Halsey as 8 Mile was for Eminem, also per Deadline. Halsey had met with the studio to talk about possible projects, and Sony ended up purchasing the artist's life rights.

Currently, the Bad At Love singer is touring her album Hopeless Fountain Kingdom in Australia. She'll also have a small part in the upcoming Bradley Cooper-Lady Gaga film A Star Is Born.
