The former Olympic speed skater travels a lot. Here’s how he keeps fit while on the road.
1. Take a 20-minute jog daily. It helps with jet lag, normalizing appetite, and learning
surroundings.
2. Do 100 to 200 lunges before breakfast. They're good for strength, flexibility, and
raising metabolism.
3. Do a core combo while watching TV: one minute each of front plank and side
plank, left and right. Repeat three times.
4. Do a push-up combo before dinner: 10 each of clap, diamond, incline, decline, and
regular push-ups. Repeat two to three times.
5. Keep hydrated! Drink half a gallon of water a day!
