Ongoing hit comedies continue to make their rounds, such as Menopause the Musical at Harrah's Las Vegas, a hilarious musical about mood swings and hot flashes. Also on the comedy circuit is 50 Shades! The Parody at Bally's Las Vegas, a satirical take on the 50 Shades of Grey franchise seen through the perspective of a trio of girlfriends at a book club gathering. On the opposite end of the genre spectrum, experience the gravity defying acrobatics of Absinthe. This acro-cabaret show has been hailed as a provocative blend of Cirque du Soleil meets Rocky Horror Picture Show.

Vegas also offers fresh new sounds for its visitors set on the music track. Catch country music superstars Reba McEntire, Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn for a one-time-only music residency at The Colosseum Las Vegas. Otherwise break into some pop classics with the Human Nature Jukebox in the Sands Showroom. Or if a fusion of rat pack glamour and funk is more your style, Las Vegas headliner Frankie Moreno performs on a smaller and more intimate scale at The Cabaret Jazz Theater in The Smith Center through May.

Vegas continues to grow its theater shows and musical residencies, becoming the top destination for a wide collection of live performances. With anything from a 50 Shades! fan show to a jazz singer belting Shirley Bassey, there's little you won't be able to catch in Vegas this year.
