Plus, the gloriously chaotic The Ultimatum: Queer Love is officially coming back!

We really won!

Netflix has now confirmed that season 2 of The Ultimatum: Queer Love is coming back for another season. The streaming service has also announced an ambitious expansion of its reality TV lineup for the next few years.

Namely, this new Netflix announcement included Selling The City — an addition to the Selling franchise that has included Selling Sunset, Selling the OC, and Selling Tampa thus far. This particular series will follow a group of Douglas Elliman real estate agents as they navigate the big apple and sell luxury properties.

And real estate is really thriving on Netflix given that the streamer had already announced a new show called Owning Manhattan. This is a spinoff of the popular Million Dollar Listing series produced by World of Wonder. New York City's favorite real estate agent, Ryan Serhant, is back and ready to take a group of smaller agents on a mission. The goal? Sell some of New York's most luxurious properties… such as the most expensive apartment in the country at a whopping $250 million.

The first season of The Ultimatum: Queer Love — a spinoff series of Netflix's The Ultimatum — featured an exciting cast made up of only women and non-binary contestants. This all-LGBTQ+ dating show follows five queer couples who face a turning point in their relationships. One partner in each couple is ready for marriage, while the other person is still undecided. To test their relationship and decide whether to move forward together or not, the couples agree to the Netflix experiment. While there's still no exact date for the return, we are already seated to watch season 2!

Fan-favorite shows like The Mole, Too Hot to Handle, and Perfect Match are all set to return this summer. Meanwhile, the juggernaut Love Is Blind franchise is coming back for a season set in the UK… which means that the pods are going across the pond, y'all! With Emma Willis set to host, this first UK season of Love Is Blind is scheduled for a premiere in August.

Netflix is keeping viewers WELL-FED all summer long. Reality TV is at its peak, and the streamer clearly isn't slowing down when it comes to this television genre. Bring on the love, luxury, and lust!
