Omar's Got a New Man in the 1st 'Elite' Season 7 Trailer

The students of Las Encinas are coming back.

Netflix’s hit Spanish-language series Elite is coming back for a seventh season this month, and the streamer has released the first full trailer.

Season 7 sees Omar Ayuso making his triumphant return to the show alongside a cast that includes Valentina Zenere, Andre Lamoglia, Alvaro de Juana, Ander Puig, Carmen Arrufat, Alex Pastrana, Ana Bokesa, and Nadia Al Saidi returning for another year. New characters will be played by Mirela Balic, Gleb Abrosimov, Alejandro Albarracin, Ivan Mendes, and pop singer Anitta.

In the new season, Omar will be returning to the school where he faced so much tragedy and pain, including Samuel’s murder. “That school really hurt me…” he says in the trailer. According to Netflix, a significant portion of this season will be focused on his attempt to move on from Las Encinas and start a new life with Joel (Fernando Lindez).

Omar and Ander (also known as Omander) were a longtime fan–favorite relationship on the show in the earlier seasons, so seeing Omar with someone new is sure to ruffle a lot of feathers.Ander left for Europe in season 4 and the two broke up.

Now, in this trailer, we see Omar hooking up with a new guy. Will Elite fans learn to love this new ship as much as Omander?
