Matt Bomer dishes on his leaked photos rocking tight yellow shorts in new film Outcome

The handsome actor admits that there is plenty of content on the cutting room floor that fans need to see.

Matt Bomer knows how to break the internet.

Fans know and love him for a slew of his legendary characters throughout the years on notable projects such as White Collar, Fellow Travelers, Normal Heart, American Horror Story, and so many more.

Now, Bomer is adding another hilarious queer role under his belt by starring as Xander Alexander in the new dark comedy Outcome alongside Keanu Reeves, Cameron Diaz, Jonah Hill, Laverne Cox, and many more A-list stars.

In the Apple TV production, Reeves plays Reed, a famous Hollywood actor who tries to repair his image after an anonymous blackmailer threatens to release a damaging video of him. Bomer's character, Xander, is a longtime friend of Reed's who even came out to him during his early years of discovering his identity.

"This wasn't just offered to me or anything. I read the script, I laughed out loud so much. We should all be so lucky to have a friend during adolescence who supports you unconditionally and insists that you be your authentic self," Bomer tells Out.

Besides the heartwarming storylines, fans have patiently waited to watch Outcome after leaked photos of the hunk on set rocking tight yellow shorts on the beach went insanely viral in 2024.

Unfortunately, no scenes of Bomer wearing the iconic outfit are featured in the final edit, but the handsome actor hopes Apple will release the deleted scenes in the future.

"I'm going to date myself when I say this, but if ever a movie needed DVD extras, it is this one. There is a whole movie of Cameron Diaz and I on the cutting room floor. There's yellow shorts, there's moments on the beach, there's things... it's out there. Talk to Apple!"

Outcome is streaming now on Apple TV. To see the full interview with Matt Bomer, check out the video at the top of the page.
