Best-Dressed Man of the Week: James Marsden

The best alternative to black or navy in formalwear, gray is trending across many a collection this season, and actor James Marsden got the memo. Our former cover star decided to grace the red carpet of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association's Grants Banquet in a sharply-tailored suit, worn with a light chambray shirt in similar hues of gray. The monochrome ensemble feels both smart and effortless on Marsden, who wore his suit without a tie to be more summery, and added sublte touches of color (a patterned pocket square, brown lace-ups) to avoid looking too matchy-matchy.
