Fashion is a business of artifice. What looks glamorous and sleek on the outside is often the result of many people's hard and grueling work. A ten minute runway show--with its winsome models displaying the latest in high-end designs--is the final product of many, many hours of decidedly difficult, stressful, and tedious labor. Sometimes, it's nice to take comfort in the fact that things are not always what they seem. Yet this video of what went into the shooting of Salvatore Ferragamo's spring 2012 advertisements seemingly disproves that theory. Top-ranking male model Noah Mills serves as a guide to the shoot, which takes place at a tropical and decadent Jamaican resort with supermodel Gisele Bundchen. I guess some things are what they appear to be: fabulous through-and-through. Check out the video below.
