Gimme Gimme: Acne Studios Teams Up With Fjällräven

When two iconic brands link up, magic happens. This is basically how we feel about the new collaboration between Swedish lines Acne Studios and Fjallraven. Paying homage to Fjallraven's classic pieces, this collection features updated takes on items like the Expedition Down jacket (complete with new details like fake fur trims and reflective patches) and the Kanken backpack (with fresh internal compartments, and more).

"I grew up with Fjallraven. If you are Swedish, you have a very special relationship with the brand. I'm very proud that it's Swedish, and wanted to share our love for Fjallraven with the world," said Jonny Johansson, Creative Director of Acne Studios.

Fjallraven joined in the adoration. "We were honoured when Acne Studios approached us, and curious too, because we've never done anything like this before. The result is a unique collection that embodies the timeless functionality of Fjallraven and the artistic approach of Acne Studios while creating something completely new" says Henrik Andersson, head of innovation and design at Fjallraven.
