Faye Dunaway In All Her Mommy Glory as the Star of Gucci's New Film

The Hollywood legend plays a Beverly Hills mother in Gucci's latest masterpiece, directed by Petra Collins.

There are many terms we could use to describe the wonder that is Faye Dunaway: icon, queen, royalty, camp-classic legend, we could go on. Known for her notorious role in Mommie Dearest, the star is back on film--this time, for Gucci's latest video as part of their campaign for the "Sylvie" bag.

She more or less plays herself in the film--an actress and Beverly Hills mom who is dressed to the nines and despises anything not beautiful (including scoffing a staff member who dares to bring her a slice of pizza while shopping). Scored to uplifting trance-like music, the video focuses on Dunaway being a "good mom" to her daughter (played by actress Soko). They play tennis together, lounge by the pool, take piano lessons, and of course, shop. Dunaway ultimately gifts her daughter the coveted Gucci bag she also carries.

Watch Dunaway in all her mommie glory in the Gucci film below, directed by the talented Petra Collins.
