The menswear designer presented today at his vision of steely ravewear.
Patrik Ervell's fall '17 show today stayed consistent with the designer's longtime use of boxy silhouettes, featuring Ervell's signature shiny rave pants, long hoodies and fur jackets. The new collection felt industrial--blunt and factory-like, while evoking a certain elegance that stemmed from the designer's use of transparent plastic layering--Seran wrap chic, if you will.
Turtlenecks and matte leather were recurring motifs in Ervell's runway show, which gave the range a modern feel evocative of his fall '16 collection. His latest lineup also featured more of Ervell's faux-corporate logos, again creating an energy of steely, futuristic vibes that we loved.
Above is our interpretation of the fall '17 Patrik Ervell man: blunt, effortless and unabashedly cool. Take a look at the full runway show, here.
