Earlier this month, The Chainsmokers duo, Alex Pall and Andrew Taggart, discussed Lady Gaga's "Perfect Illustion music in a Rolling Stone profile.
"It sucks," said Pall.
Taggart was more amicable: "She's a great artist - like, Jeff Koons made a sculpture of her. . . ."
"I agree," said Pall. "And a lot of talented people worked on that song. But . . ."
Gaga has responded to the pair with a simple and elegant tweet:
