Daily Crush: Genderqueer Clothing Brand Claire Barrow

Claire Barrow's hand-painted high fashion pieces are as much a statement about British youth culture as they are a fun conversation starter. She's created gowns with cartoony portraits painted upon them and tights printed with apes.

Barrow made her London Fashion Week debut with Fashion East S/S 2013 and more recently showed with NEWGEN, a support project created by TopShop and the British Fashion Council. Dazedreported she decided to abandon traditional fashion cycles this year so she might "focus more intently on her creative work."
