Ellen DeGeneres, Portia de Rossi Talk Baby Rumors

Earlier this week, Ellen DeGeneres had her wife, Scandal actress and Arrested Development alum, Portia de Rossi on her talk show to address the rumors that they were having a baby...and to knock her in a dunk tank for charity.

"One of the main things that everybody's asking me about and asking you about, and I thought I would let you clear it up is if we're having a baby or not," DeGeneres said to de Rossi.

"It would be so fun for everybody if we were, wouldn't it?" Portia replied.

The married power couple of six years engaged in some light banter before Portia said flat out that they were not having a kid.

"Good for me to know" quipped Ellen.

Then after a chat about de Rossi's role on Scandal, Ellen knocked her in a dunk tank to raise money for breast cancer research.

"For every person that gets dunked, they will donate $10,000. Today that person is going to be my lovely wife, Portia de Rossi," announced Ellen.

The talk show host lobbed some softballs before nailing the target and dunking Portia.

de Rossi took it all in stride and remained as glamorous as ever, even sopping wet.
