Famed Filmmaker and Musician Jen Foster Team Up on SHE4ME Film

The video, a five minute piece directed by Conn (director of lesbian faves Claire Of The Moon, little man, Elena Undone, and A Perfect Ending), features Nicole Pacent, Mike C. Manning, Gabrielle Christian, and Barbara Niven, in a story of a wedding at a Los Angeles hotel, and the lifelong friendship leading up to the wedding.

The film is set to the song "SHE" by Jen Foster (the film's wedding singer as well) in a new version of the track that has been a lesbian favorite for over a decade. Wedding scenes were filmed at the iconic Andaz West Hollywood, which has recently served as location for many high profile same-sex weddings.

Conn says, "The pinnacle of love is the joining of two souls to become one and the most sacred act to commemorate this is marriage. When I was approached to come up with a concept for the SHE4ME supporting marriage equality, I was thrilled. My entire career has been devoted to creating books and films that provoke the viewer to experience the spectrum of emotions involved with love and passion and our goal here was to produce something that could communicate our message to a mass audience."

The film premieres Valentine's Day.
