Benjamin Millepied to Star in Yves Saint Laurent Ads

Benjamin Millepied is a busy man -- there's no denying it. In addition to his role as principal dancer for the New York City Ballet, Millepied is also choreographing his own works. Not only that he's engaged to Oscar-winning actress Natalie Portman and the father of her soon-to-be baby friend. While that may keep him on his toes -- quite literally sometimes, the fashion world has definitely noticed him (so have we). Club Monacofeatured the dancing man in their fall 2010 campaign and just yesterday the New York Post caught him shooting a commercial for the label Yves Saint Laurent in Soho. Wisely, there was no moody posing for Millepied, the director definitely took advantage of his nimble moves and had the dancer twirling and jumping around, even so far as dancing on tables at an outdoor restaurant with his feet mere inches away the faces of actors playing diners.
