Truman Says

Man Glues Hat to Head

There's nothing we like more here in New York than to see the city on the morning of November 1st. Halloween festivities have finally subsided and only the remnants of the holiday remain. As you wander the streets on your way to work, its easy to see a discarded, tangled wig in the gutter or one glittered heel sulking on a busy street corner. It's fun to think of what these things were a few hours previous.

Anyways, this man's Halloween festivities weren't so easily tossed away, so it would seem. While we admire his dedication to the holiday spirit, super-gluing a hat to your head doesn't seem to be the most intelligent of decisions. Not that we can judge....we've all been there....right?
