After hearing about the clothing label Native Son from the lovely Ilaria Urbinati this morning (she mentioned it as an up-and-comer worth keeping an eye on), looky what we stumbled across: a short film featuring the label's spring/summer 2011 collection. It does two things: first, it convinces us that more companies need--need--to start making videos. When done well, they're the perfect antidote to the runway/presentation doldrums. Secondly, it piques our interest in the debonair brand. From the look of the vid, it's cool, masculine and impeccably made menswear--perfect for anyone from James Bond to Justin Bond. Are the cosmos trying to tell us something? We'd better listen up. (GQ)
