CoSTUME NATIONAL Takes Home the Win

CoSTUME NATIONAL recently won the "Best Made in Italy Product for Man" by the Accademia del Profumo for their fragrance, CoStume National Homme. (This is like winning a Grammy in the fragrance business!)

Dominique Ropion, creator at International Flavors & Fragrances, wanted to created a scent that incorporated a "harmonious blend of contrasts." In this case, the scent is fresh grapefruit, cardamom, and bergamot mixed with the fervency of cinnamon, thyme, and cloves, with seductive hints of sandalwood, labdanum, and patchouli. The resulting fragrance is delivered via a bottle designed by Ennio Capasa.
