Adidas to roll out new line, SLVR. Said to be a cross between Adidas Originals and Y-3, SLVR is "contemporary, modern and savvy, with a timeless design perfect for today's consumers seeking a minimalist look." [DNR]

Ugg boots are taking a sharp aim at men. Once synonymous with the masculine man (back before they started pimping themselves to starlets and schlumpy college coeds), the brand is hoping to bring the association back with a strong campaign towards male shoppers. First up: launching an Ugg in Covent Garden that will be attended by Chelsea soccer players, who apparently give the boot their stamp of approval. [NZ Herald]
